I admit, splurging on luxury party handbags goes against my cost per wear principles. The more money I spend on an item, the more I would like to use that item. I like the feeling of getting my moneys worth out of the things I buy for financial and environmental reasons. However, because I don’t go to many parties, for this reason, I wouldn’t buy an expensive handbag for a party.
The luxury party handbags in this article are so pretty, I would most definitely own a few of these timeless designs if I attended more parties than I currently do.
I’ve curated this for you, the luxury handbag lover who loves to party. My favourite over the top-ish bag is the gold and green Valentino Small Loco 3D Embroidery. It looks like a piece of art. It’s so beautiful, if I owned it I wouldn’t want to put it down.
Bags that transition from day to night
Arguably, some of these party handbags can go from day to night like the Mulberry mini Alexa in disco metallic blue, gold Balenciaga Hourglass, D&G Bella bag which comes in vibrant mettalic blue, fushia and gold.
The Miumiu Matelassé mini hobo in silver and metallic baby blue top handle bags also transition well from day to night. Mini and Micro bags have been gaining traction in the last few years and are now selling out fast which is why many designers are releasing smaller versions of their bestsellers. Fashion element aside, the price points of micro and mini bags makes them attractive to the younger generation.

The green Bottega is my fave.

They’re so tiny. Where would I put my giant phone?
Hahaha! I’m sure many of these bags will have room for your phone.

My brown bottega takes my phone 😝 and bits and pieces. I just can’t fit it my wallet so l take only what l need. 😊
